Flamingo Park has an inevitability about it .....the longer they keep that crappy surface the more likely(and sooner) it will close down!
It's survival would depend on investment in a new track,improved facilities and cost of installing local regulation,but for as along as it's a "P" managed centre , that won't happen -they don't invest in local racing,they asset strip.
So, unless there is a miracle,it's not IF it closes ,it's WHEN!

1-10 STICKS Chambers S work improved alot but 1200m may be too short but expecting improvement
2-8 ON THE THAMES Ngcobo C again a very big runner , course and distance specialist, draw no problem
3-1 EXCALIVAR Simons R expect a good run with blinker pacifiers on. deserve a win by now
3-6 JACK FRIDAY Mjoka M much better than form suggest but needs to show it on raceday
3-3 RAINBOW STAR Nyawo B always a winning chance if all goes his way in the race.
3-5 TRADE EMBLEM Chambers S improving with every run, expect a big run
4-2 LA TOURELLE Munger R better than his form suggest , working well but a bit overweight still
4-6 SON OF APPROVAL Chambers S better than his form, also working better than before previous 2 runs
5-4 HATTON GARDEN Chambers S very big chance , if it was 1800m+ i would have said banker. 1600m can be tight

5-2 SOFT SAND Habib Devin working well, can surprise if in the mood
6-6 LE GRAY Chambers S much better than last run, working well and tendon holding up well
6-12 YOURS AND MINE V.Rensburg M maiden running in handicap, wont be surprise to see him run a cracker
7-10 CARIBBEAN BAY Chambers S on weights its going to be difficult but she is quick and can surprise
7-6 DUKES IDOL V.Rensburg M working very well and can run a big race
7-9 TRIUMVIRATE Penny J may need and will be running at them , would have prefered 1400m
8-1 HEAVENLY EXPRESS Mjoka M can upset now down in class with appie on
8-2 RICH APPROVAL Chambers S will be running at them but best distance is 1400m, working well

Gold Dash 20/1 each way in the opener to make me smile as the rest of my day is carrying logs of wood down a hill to split. Going to be knackered come sundown.
