Lost out all sides but guess that's racing
Errrr, is Heavenly Blue not taking part in the KZN season? He was also my anchor horse.

2017 CHARITY TURF CHALLENGE sponsored by TRACK AND BALL GAMING
Racegoers were treated to some top class racing at the Pietermaritzburg City track, not least that of multiple Gr.1 winner and dual SA Fillies Sprint winner, Carry On Alice who will now retire to the breeding shed for her second career. She earned 20 points for her win and was chased home by two leading 3yr old fillies, Just Sensual and The Secret Is Out who took home 14 and 10 points respectively.
The feature of the day, the Tsogo Sun Sprint was won in emphatic style by the gelded son of Toreador, Bull Valley, who overcame a history of soundness issues to win the first of the CTC bonus points on offer and give his followers a tidy 25 points. Heavily supported in the betting, Bull Valley gave reigning Champion Trainer, Sean Tarry a quick Gr.1 double and in the process, streaked away from Search Party and the evergreen Barbosa who was not a listing in this year’s competition.
The action moves to Greyville on Saturday with the not to be missed Daily News 2000 Day featuring the Woolavington 2000 and the Gr.3 Lonsdale Stirrup Cup. Vodacom Durban July hopefuls, Al Sahem and Edict Of Nantes have been well supported in the ante-post betting and their presence makes for a fascinating clash between two Derby winners.
The internal audit was completed last week and we are pleased to announce that a total of 2136 were received, a similar total to that achieved in recent years. YUPIN BAYLEY remains on top with 96 points and a 10 point lead over MM&SM 2 and top twenty new comers TOTI REBELS 4 and VG 1 who share joint third place with 79 points.
