Hi Guys

The Winter season is nearly upon us. What horse do you think will be the boom horse to win the Durban July?

Is that 'Boom! There goes my money' or a 'horse to follow' which makes me a profit? Lol.

Black Arthur was gelded after the Green Point and he'll be seen in Durban. Hope it has sorted out his issues because he is quite talented at his best.

To answer the question. For the fillies, Ngaga is one I've pencilled in from a long time ago and she seems a bit special at this stage.

I cannot see Heavenly Blue being the top colt during the season - he's below the best for me as are most of the Gauteng colts as shown.

William Longsword was the best of them but since he's been retired - definitely Gold Standard as of now but I've heard he won't be seen much in Durban.

Long as things progress well, Ngaga should win the Woolavington.
