Naresh.....you know he was contrite so that's good enough B)

I wonder if anyone explained to the Groom that he could have mounted a defense based on being contrite or maybe PG should.... :blink:

let's see how far a good Advocate can stretch the "strict liability rule" - I wonder if a vet giving incorrect medicine or withdrawal time might just have to accept the fine instead of the innocent trainer
