Shares now at 1500. I wonder how RA members are feeling now, locked in to a share that has the real potential of hitting freefall.

That's a 20% decline on their investment for those brave RA members who are locked into this free-falling "preferential" investment. It has to be hurting.

I see Garrick has opened another thread and listed some very valid reasons as to the state of play. He does however skip the MJ factor. The very real supply and demand scenario is at play. With Joostes shares clearly being sold, there are simply less buyers than sellers.

The reality of the situation is things are not looking rosy for P. The Tellytrack judgement has hurt. The Jooste scandal has hurt. But the biggest cloud on the horizon will decimate them if the storm hits. I am hearing, and its rumoured at this stage, but coming from more than one very well placed source, that Phindi Kema has won her case against Phumelela and the Public Prosecutor has ruled in her favour. If this rumour is true, the damage to Phumelela will be catastrophic.

Having read this thread, the most salient points, warnings and accurate predictions were made by a handful of posters, two of which appear to be banned and the other often criticized and continually discredited. I see too that the victims who were encouraged into buying these shares are locked in for a year (wonder what the price will be then - or will Phumelela have delisted by then?).
In the meantime, the bad guys remain the good guys and good guys remain the bad guys !

......still at 1400 at today's close.....but this SASCOC nonsense in the wings does not do them any better....they are holding what is reported to be 100BAR worth.....and whistles are being blown at SASCOC about dodgy financial deals.... :blink:....surprised Joffers has not jumped in but they did give him a scare when he made accusations in the past.....whistle blowers now confirm what Joffers and co had been saying all along....
