I didn't mean to add to Mister A's stress, just asked out of concern as most servers these days are Virtual, using products such as VMware vSphere which allows you to spin up a new Virtual Server in an hour or less. Allows organisations to run fewer physical servers and reduce capital and operating costs using VMware vSphere to build a cloud computing infrastructure.
Most data sensitive servers are hosted offsite at Data Centres which then takes all the fixing and security away from you and forms part of the service the Data Centre offers.
