The amount is total spend on the project so far . It may not be a budgeted amount but it is the total amount spent since inception.

Dave you could be right . As I said before I was told the amount but it was unofficial but it was either 5 or 15 million Rand in total spend so far on the project . We will never know as no one tells the truth anyway. I will try get some people that were at the table to see if they remember.

Its meaningless what has or has not been spent, they will just say "at least we are trying" or the industry is behind it because "we own it",, but ownership makes no difference, what matters is how useful it is to the racegoer,, the money generated by racing participants funds the game and a portion should be used to give something back to participants, ownership of Formgrids makes no difference to me or to them, just like Computaform its an industry tool,

They say "we wont help you financially because your thousands of users are most probably our customers anyway" by this they admit that Formgrids serves their customers, to me this fact should be more reason for them to assist me to make a better tool for their customers,, or is their only concern and focus to drain money from the customer,

IMO Mister A you have done more for SA racing than any other individual. The operators should financially reward your ingenuity. I for one would of stopped punting if Formgrids did not exist.
