Pirates - "Don with respect are these work units and groups who are fixing issues the same lot who have trying for years and years ? you posted somewhere else on this website that you were part of some group who met a while ago and were asked who else was part of this group but you never replied..."

Great Question - Years and Years - I am also surprised that LouisG has a change of attitude , it must be the sea air.

Racing is going around in circles and nepotism is rife , The good thing about Bolt coming is that Larry can now add that he met Bolt and Dettori . Just a pity Don is caught up in this BS.

Agree 100% with the last 2 posts and believe me Don I have loved horseracing from 14 years old , standing outside the tote , cause the operator wouldn't give an underage punter a bet  . not too much of that around today

Craig that was a blessing in disguise that you had to stand outside and where under pressure to learn and learn fast otherwise your pocket money would be gone. This is the point that I feel the likes of Don dont get , the operators and RIAR want to go slowly and teach the public through social media. I follow all of their twitter accounts and they are so slow it is scary , here is some examples :-
#InsideRacing Please see attached. and the example Don Posted above

Let me rather not go onto @RacingGuru and #ItsARush , pathetic who needs Telly Track you can just follow them and get a race 5 Minutes after its run in duplicate as the one follows the other.

There has to be a better way than this .

O how I miss the real Warren L (please don't get confused as some apparently did with the talk show host on gold circle)... You are still truly missed my friend....
Are you living your life or waiting to die?

....crowds looked pretty thin....heard that Phum dished out a good few hundred freebies above those that they normally dish out...... when they saw that were not enough paid admissions....so they could bolster the attendance
........but last year and the last with Mumm and even then the threats from Malema crowd to protest did not affect the attendance..... then this year Larry W bails before the event so more should have been on course not fearing they would catch a klap....so what is keeping race goers away.....

Incestuous racing sponsorships cannot be good for the long term. Racing needs sponsorships from outside the industry.
