Mujaafy went straight into the notebook after his sparkling debut win. Not a backable price for me @ 8/10 but I'm hoping he continues to improve. Also will be watching the other two MDK runners on the day closely, Yakeen and Like A Panther.

Will be interesting to see how the Classic Track runs tomorrow!

Go Green is definitely looking for further so the 1500m should suite perfectly.

Pachuco, this would be my best bet but there has been alot of talk for the De Kock horse. Pachuno will run into the first 3.

Looking at the last Torio Lake is priced up a weak favorite after winning his maiden cosily but im finding very little to suggest a repeat.As an aside the horse that ran 1,75 second was soundly beaten by Alex The Great 04/27 and the time of that race was slower then Cedris Labani's
As CL and TL both come from the van Vuuren stable you would expect Lerena to have the pick so that bit of info could be double edged so to speak but backing jockeys is a hazardous pasttime

I remember his run to Sleepinseattle with Yeni and it was a gutsy effort and when looking up that race Dragon's Breath was well beaten and its significant in todays race.This horse looks the right one when studying his form.Strydom gets on wel with him and relatively easy to back

A couple of runs ago some Clanners were of the opinion that HUNTING OWL was looking for the 1200m.

Some big scratchings in the latter races.

After writing my usual little story to myself, II was quite interested to note eight cities plunging from 20/1 - 12/1 - 10/1 - 9/1 ---

Race 1: Middle Path could improve over the slightly longer trip. Eight Cities can have a say at this 1200m with Wrogemann up. Bosphorous should improve on debut. Go Green could show further improvement. Short and Sweet would look to prefer the mile or more. I think they should have worked out Eight Cities now and can definitely win this, should benefit with Wrogemann up. Short prices about Bosphorous or Go Green could be a concern. - but worth a shot if enough value.
