Please can i get a reply from someone that works for hollywood. I have taken bets for tonight some of the bets were not showing as pending and no money was taken out from my balance so i took a jackpot twice and another bet i did phone in and they did say on their side it is pending so i asked them to cancel 1 of the jpots and a win bet which the lady did, after the 4th race i see the 2nd jackpot appears as pending, i did email and call back but when they put me on hold but then i get a voice promt and the call cuts.

once butten twice shy as this happened a few weeks ago and they said there wasnt a problem

balance not reduced but bet goes through .Try clearing your history logout and go to account to check bets

Thanks. But the issue now is that the 1 jackpot that they did cancel for me shows as pending again with the money gone from my account.

I have called them for the 3rd time an hour ago the lady took down my details and said she will call me back and im still waiting for the call... Now im pissed
