i cant recall cvn ever being a partner in legal eagle

.....Oops sorry....my bad..... .....being with Tarry thought it had a CvN connection....
....as it turns out....LE was a "pick and pay" selection of Tarry's at a 2013 BSA sale and went for ZAR425K.....Tarry trained the Dam Young Sensation that was owned by A A Ramhe.....Legal Eagle was intially registered to race for Mrs I Jooste & Mr M J Jooste.....

I looked at those three horses and I don't think overpriced at around 600K- Plano could well win a number of staying races in PE and being by Silvano has much improvement to come over ground - Starburst will make a nice broodmare and she still has wins left while Leadman has only just started showing and also could turn out to be a nice stayer racing off a 68
Mr H correct a bargain is what ever the buyer sees as the value or potential..

Let's be sensible - you can't cry foul at Jooste when he has caused financial damage to so many but when his Manager/Agent gets good prices to try to limit some of the losses you say the buyers are overpaying - I bet Telkom and the liquidators of Van Vuuren Estate wished the Manager had been there to sell their stock..

.....here is the rub....better than average prices to top buyers for raced horses.....how deep are their pockets..... to then splurge at the up coming sales for the many many unknowns.....
.....will the lost middle market start emerging to take up the potential vacuum in the market....

I am curious to see how much they paid for Just Sensual - Group 1 winning filly - or what about the first timer from Marshall that won the Kuda R300k Race . or Silver Coin R6 mill horse ok gelded now but as Joe R. said on the panel he is coming right and a different horse since gelding .
