Same on LQP day,looked way down and agree today plenty of empty space.

Clyde said that attendance is down but the sponsor were happy and they worked hard at attracting a certain type of attendee .

The only reason turnover is down is cause most people take tote bets now with bookies. I know of one bookie taking over a million rand on pick sixes that dont go into the pool. I think people would be shocked to know the real numbers , otherwise turnovers would be way up..

They really ned to stop bookies laying tote type bets.

" They the sponsors have attracted a higher LSM (Whatever that means) market which is interesting , I have not bumped into the masses , that have been here previously - however the market that they targeted they have worked out and they have all come and dressed up and looking really five stars , they are very pleased and so are we "

....too late...piss poor service and a problematic tote....that was my other met bet certainty...chased more turnover to the open bet.... :ohmy:
