the fact that Pablo Escobar paid his bills on time did not get him many pardons on his crimes.

I actually get the impression that he could still be in the game re; selling, transfer of ownership, colour changes etc? Still calling the shots via mates? Plus come a back could be on the cards.

If we look at the SONA situation its mental, with Zuma, all reasonable thinking people would know that if he does take the floor it will cause chaos

What has or what CAN NHRA do about those others before judgement is obtained ? NOTHING ! Go back on this very site where NHRA announced this very situation much more than a year ago.

If NHRA acted on Mayfair based upon this trial by journos , media and haters, they would be forced to act on all others.
They leave it in the hands of the Courts until a judgement is obtained. Even then it is difficult. Is the judgement racing related ? Just like all the others. If they went after Mayfair now, they would open a can of worms.....they would be as unfair as they are currently being accused of being....

Simple, if one wants to understand it.

Louis, when the journalist got "charged " by the NHA for bringing racing into disrepute, it had nothing to do with a criminal case.
This is my point.

The NHA don't have to wait for criminal wrongdoing to enforce the laws and rules that they have written.
All they have to do is stand by those rules and enforce them on a member of the horse racing fraternity that, due to his actions, has caused the good name of racing to come into disrepute.

The criminal cases, if any, will find him guilty in the eyes of the law or absolve him.

That, in my humble opinion has nothing to do with how the NHA should act against him.

The problem is, I do understand, I understand so well that I've been to the bowels of this business and even though I'm 12000 miles away, I still care deeply for it.

Let's not confuse caring for not caring to understand.
