see the creditors of mayfair have elected not to liquidate preferring to allow them to continue selling assets to settle the overdraft, apparently until the end of the year

.....and laughing all the way from the bank/s.....almost untouchable.....nice to have that sort of clout....shed a few billion....but still worth a few bob.... :S

So the banks should be allowed the chance to recover their money while the poorest of the poor workers have lost billions which are gone forever...... this is truly a world without a compass we live in.

....Jooste could well make a come back....reports are that with this deal struck with the banks....he could still land up in the black....with only around ZAR500BAR.....

So with the banks giving Mayfair extra time to sort out commitment ...maybe Nhra were right not to act hastily and allow the process to take place.

Yip len derryl daniels steals two tv sets and gets handed a years punishment but this bloke defrauds the world of billions but they let his horses run ..thats fair play ..thank the lord its the overseas authorities who will sentence him and not our lot

Pirates the banks gave the okay to trade and to sell to recover the debt now extending the deadline... .. Recovering the debt is the banks no 1 prerogative so they needed to extend.. The poor jockey is another matter .

Debt talks that's why the banks did not liquidate the company not sure we're they live has anything to do with it ... R1.6 billion of loans is lots of sleepless nights for the creditors
