Do you not believe that this is run and controlled by the financial institutions for the creditors...why else would they have given an extension... same would apply to all the sales of these horses .

Len that does not answer the question that I pose.
So in essence, with some poetic licence, Mayfair horses are being raced under the lap.
Another question to ponder - who exactly are signing the change of ownership forms of Mayfair stock being sold?

To me it sounds like under administration... to answer the other questions you would have to ask The Financial creditors. As an ex banker you know Banks don't allow individuals to profit at their expense when trying to recover debt.

If I am understanding this correctly, there must be rumours that something underhanded is happening with the way Mayfair is being run. If there is proof, this should be given to the authorities to investigate under the Companies Act. Surely that is the only way to go?
I am on no one's camp here, but we all live under one set of laws in SA. Use these laws to your advantage. Report any wrongdoings to the relevant authorities
Good questions though... I am sure there is a very good legal team behind the scenes who run and/or control the Mayfair business

Len we are on the same page.
What I am clearly failing to bring across is the fact that under NHRA rules this is not allowed

Well said, Over the Air ! You've hit the nail on the head.
It appears that in SA racing, it's all about the "broeders, brudders and udders".

Let me answer your weak attempts at justifying this fraudsters participation in racing and the NHRA's shameful conduct in allowing this.
Firstly as you correctly state Jooste has resigned from everything that he can. So let's investigate how this affects his standing at the NHRA. He now races his horses under Mayfair Speculators. Initially the nominee was Derek Brugman. Now, the NHA have clearly come to their senses and realised that this contravenes their rules and you no longer see Brugman associated with the Mayfair horses in regards to all NHA requirements ( noms, acceptances, winners details etc ). The question must therefore be asked WHO EXACTLY ACTS ON BEHALF OF MAYFAIR IF IT IS NOT JOOSTE, THE SON-IN-LAW OR BRUGMAN?
Mayfair Speculators consisted of Jooste and his son-in-law as the only directors of the company. Jooste resigned, so that leaves the son-in-law as the sole director. The son-in-law is not a member of the NHRA. So simply put, here is an entity that is clearly unlicenced by the NHRA, and the NHRA is clearly aware of the scenario ( Brugman removed as nominee ). The NHRA however allow this farce to continue unabated and we see unraced Mayfair horses debuting months after Jooste "resigned". What we have here is failure by a man, Lyndon Barends, appointed by Jooste through his Megapro contacts, to act against the clear rules violation that takes place every time a Mayfair horse runs. I find that morally repugnant and extremely convenient.
Let's take the politics out and let me pose a question that I think will illustrate my point perfectly : Should actions of Mayfair Speculators be seen to be bringing the sport into disrepute, who exactly would the NHRA summons to charge?
Stop it Louis, and think of the people that have been robbed by Joostes actions. They exist despite your continual denial.

Sure Jooste had a runner in his own name yesterday in Ireland or France

.....Yeah and I'm surprised that Sporting Post actually published the article.....they have not been on the forefront of reporting on Jooste....and thought that the dirt diggers were restricted to this site.....pretty damning that Duppie has openly tied himself in with Jooste after the scandal had broken.....
