i have many questions and thoughts on Jooste affiliated horses being allowed to race until end 2018.
i see many in partnetship with other prominent owners. i guess by continued association this reflects how serious they consider what he has done. same i guess can be said by trainers who still race his horses knowing the money they receive is tainted. why the NHRA can act on SPIES YARD and not MAYFAIR is concerning. why NHRA can act on DANIELS and not Mayfair shows different standards for different individuals.
knowing that two other prominent owners are also being investigate by HAWKS or such , we can see what action if any will be taken when their turn come.

for the horses not be sold is a disgrace. there is no way they can sit with the banks and tell them these horses will pay their way. cheaper to give them away than stable them for another 8 months.

....but now it is clearer....if these assets have zero or even a negative value....they will now only be eating into Jooste's possible chop....see how quickly they will be chopped.....

imo the horses only make up a small portion owed to creditors ... but the properties is huge that's why they have extended the overall period.

.....in order to have a decent case for this law suit Wiese has to prove mismanagement and a malpractice caused by Jooste and any other cohorts.....this is going to be interesting as they need to know what Jooste actually did......

Firstly, Jooste has resigned from Mayfair, so has nothing to do with the racing side. Yes, it may be convenient, but it is fact and it is legal. This is surely simple enough for a 3rd Grader to understand, should that 3rd grader want to.

Secondly, Mayfair are and have been paying their way in racing.

Thirdly, nobody has been charged or found guilty. Nobody! The NHA cannot supercede the law. Again, the third grader would comprehend that.

Interesting....this morning Mario Ferreira bought the filly Liverpool Lass from Janse van Vuuren. Paperwork was signed at TBA and taken directly to NHA. The filly ran in his colours later today, in the fifth race..... similar to what happened with some Mayfair horses which so enraged certain people...

Would the NHRA grant new colors to Aptul Gupta? He too is innocent at this stage?
