Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

L' Historie needed last run - previous run behind subsequent multiple winners - The stable is out of virus - The horse to beat

I’m glad that February is over- been far too busy.
I guess there will be limited interest in CT with the Guineas meeting but here goes:
Race 1:Not the strongest field. Head of the Pack is a narrow selection ahead of Robert Frost and Boy Scout.
Race 2:An open race. Gimme one Night slightly preferred to the evergreen Friendly Tibbs.
Race 3:Harvest Wind ran on really well on debut and if making the natural improvement should go close here, although does not have the best of draws.Cradle of Gratitude is the one to beat, but a few others with chances.
Race 4:Symphony and Love of my Life has solid current form and should be in the first three. I must support Vase - excellent debut and then excuses at second start when no show. Not the best of draws but worth a tickle at 10/1.
Race 5: Spring Man is the obvious one here after his good run in the Derby, but he has to give his stablemate Gimmie a Cohiba 6kg, and the latter could be anything after just 2 runs.
Race 6: This should be a bit short for Shall be Free, but there is a big gap between suitable races around the turn so he gets a run here. A very open race but I will go for the improving 3yos Ready Steady Go and Valbonne.
Race 7: Another competitive race, but Candice Robinson has a strong coupling, and I’ll go with Ontenderhooks.
Race 8: Star of London scratched.
Tricky race to end the day.Star Burst, Elusive Touch and Namibia have good form. The well bred Perfectproportions must be respected.

First Timer Comments

Adam Marcus
Race 1 – RED RASCAL (7): He has shown me very promising work at home but this will be his first appearance at a race course and I am expecting him to run green. But in this field I would not be shocked to see him finish in the money.
Andries Steyn
Race 1 – RAPID REVIEW (9): She will need the run.

Not sure if this has been addressed elsewhere but why are the fields so small at Kenilworth?
Especially for a Saturday...
Thanks

Rapid Review to start off the meeting with a bang, a 50/1 bang.
