100%, they were just about falling on top of each other, yes, well done to Orffer.
The best way to give your horse no chance is to break its stride or get it to change legs - happened so many times last night and now again - maybe all races in the cape should be up the straight s they seem intent on that famous Crawl they have perfected
Having said all that, Fourie was a touch unlucky not to pull it off, as he came back at the eventual winner, not that i punted either.
Jockey R Fourie (PHOTOCOPY) appeared before the Board and was advised to make a measured pace when leading the field.

DURBANVILLE RACECOURSE : 13 MARCH 2018
Jockey R Fourie was charged with a contravention of Rule 72.1.25 in that he conducted himself in an improper and unprofessional manner when he struck another rider in the Jockey Room after an altercation following the 5th Race at Durbanville on 13 March 2018. Jockey Richard Fourie signed an admission of guilt on 3rd April 2018 and was fined R7,500.00.
