The 1904 winner, Moiffa won despite disappearing a year earlier. On a trip to Liverpool from New Zealand, Moiffa's ship was shipwrecked. The horse was presumed lost at sea before turning up on an outcrop south of Ireland. #GrandNational2015

Warriors Tale overpriced at 50/1 - especially if the ground continues to dry out.

Yes, Bob. The reserves have until 9am on Friday to get a run if one of the top forty is withdrawn.

The weather forecast for the Liverpool area is rain, rain and more rain. Not good as the going could be heavy, which is not good for the horses as this track takes it out of them on a good to soft day let alone a heavy day.

I am taking a Double.
Blaklion (7/1) in the National and Roaring Lion (10/1) in the 2000 Guineas.

R100 EW and if it wins then it will pay for my Air Ticket to UK to watch Southampton in the FA Cup.
