Was reading an article about Gerald Ryan from Australia being a great trainer of sprinters. Brings to mind our own the late Buddy Maroun. But does anyone remember Reg Passmore?

There was some great Sprint trainers in the UK and tbh most were rated as unfashionable went it came to handing out the better bred horses

I enjoyed Buddy, plus he could run a horse 3 times a week

Kevin Ryan, P Midgley, Cowell, Bradley. I always look to see what they have running in the 5/6 furlong races

Bumped into Brian Passmore just a day or 2 ago... Had a good chat and reminisce.... See him often.... That family knew what they where doing
