....the Turffontein indecent did not happen....a minor blip....a non advent....because the head in sand brigade do not want to show that they are f@cking @p wholesale....its like watching a bad magicians act....while all eyes were supposed to be focused elsewhere....and not on the issues that have now raised their ugly head,..... poor pay and conditions for the rank and file....while the head honchos get more gravy .....this side show was played down and those that did not pitch for work will simply be replaced....that is why the little PSG press release has challenged the legality of the strike action......if patrons were unable to get on course then how were the staff supposed to get to their work place.....a catch 22....situation.... :S

They have already - I know jobs are scarce in SA but to think that the grooms are unskilled is foolish - its not like all Checkers tellers and packer go on strike and you can train somebody with a reasonable intelligence to work the till or pack shelves - Not so easy to train someone to ride a horse or clean it etc in a short space of time.(and accept the wages and working conditions or Schools would be offering Equine Grooming as a Career choice)..This Beehive has been poked by a Red Bear and all the worker bees are angry and their little stings can kill Racing dead unless an intelligent approach is taken ---

Just a point on the Security at Phum. It is an untruth that Andreas Heide owns shares in the Security Company. All that Andreas Heide does is oversee Phums interest in the Company from a Financial aspect, which is his job.
