As per interviews by Snaith and Crawford on Saturday punters should keep their tom for this meeting as one can make cash. (I held into mine)

What am I missing?

Must say i agree, this is a very difficult card. Not going to get too involved, I'll wait for Saturday's meeting.

Trainer comments

Race 1

Snaith Racing Jono Snaith
No 1 Yaamen is having his first run for the stable and will need this run
No 13 Tennessee : we are expecting major improvement and think he will
be in the money this time.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 2 Superstitious : Much improved last time, should go close again,
however he faces some tough opposition here.
No 10 Rockley Beach will need the experience and needs further.
Joey Ramsden
No 5 Bravo Boy is working well and may just need it.
Glen Kotzen'
No 9
Hypnotist may be green and will need the outing.

Race 2

Glen Kotzen
No 4 Apache Squaw : Small filly, expecting improvement. If the going
is firm expect a decent run.
No 12 Snapchat is a nice filly and I am expecting a decent run.
Brett Crawford
No 6 Heaven;s Embrace may need the run.
Snaith Racing :(Jono Snaith)
No 8 Minona is a very nice type and will go close.

Race 3

Sorry ; No comments

Race 4

Snaith Racing (1) Casual Diamond is back to her best and a huge run
from her is expected.
Joey Ramsden
No 3 Still I Rise is working well but may need it.
Brett Crawford
No 5 Honey Suite is working well.

Race 5

Candice Bass-Robinson
No 1 Johnny Black : impressive winner over course and distance last
time, top weight here but if he is still fresh enough over 1000m
should be a big runner.
Glen Puller
No 2 Westerm Storm : Expecting to run a competitive race.
Piet Botha
No 7 Quarillo is having his second run after a rest. I belive in that
syndrome so although I cannot expect much I am hopeful he runs well.

Race 6

Candice Bass-Robinson
No 3 Dorset Noble returns to the track after a year off after a tendon
injury and will need this run back.
No 4 Ollivander is having his first run back for the season and will
be in need of this run so I am not expecting much from him.
Snaith Racing (Jono Snaith)
No 6 Jailhouse Rock has Charles to beat but do not leave him out of
any exotic bet.

Race 7

Candice Bass-Robinson
No 2 Perfectproportion should need her run after a break. Is also
looking for further now but could run a fair race fresh.
No 3 Queen Moira is a course and distance specialist and needs to be
included but it is a tough race.
No 8 Go The Distance is having her first run back. She is doing really
well and if she does not need it too much could run a big race.
Snaith Racing(Jono Snaith)
No 4 Omega Force has been disappointing. we are hoping for a better
run. Include in exotics.
Vaughan Marshall
No 7 Rock On Wood is doing good work and should run well.

Race 8

Dan Katz
No 1 Royal Ginger will need the run.
Snaith Racing(Jono Snaith)
No 2 Bunker Hunt is in a competitive race but he is a smart sort and
we are expecting a big run from him.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 7 Majestic Mozart was an impressive maiden winner last time over
further. He is a talented colt and should be a big runner if all goes
well for him.
Glen Puller
No 9 Meliora ; Expecting a good run.

Difficult. Will be watching 2 similarly bred horses betting. Vikram in first and Saltoro ridge in the last.
Both Nel trained. Last race is difficult as a few decent ones so may get some value, likewise hoping something in first gets fancied but is beatable.

My play for today:

ENGAGE AND BEWARE (fair debut and will love the step-up in distance)
METROPOLITAM (consistent and will love the step-up in distance)
CASUAL DIAMOND (may be too classy for this field)

3rd October Durbanville Runner Preview

#CrawfordRacing

Engage And Beware - He is well at home and preferred distance. Has a shout today and must be included in all bets!

St Vladimir - Scratched

Heaven's Embrace - Doing well, possible quartet chance.

Let Me Love You - Fair debut, and will appreciate the ground, has an each way chance.

Honey Suite - First run back after a long lay-off, doing very well at home and must be respected, but also may just need the run.

Shamrock Wind - Doing very well at home, expecting an each way chance.

Charles - In good form, good galloping weight, must be respected.

Front & Centre - Expecting a competitive run

Grand Silvano - Drawn wide, a tough task in a competitive field, but expecting another honest run.

Brett's bet to be taken on Interbet-

Durbanville PA R144:

Pa 1,6,8/1,4/5,6/1,2,8,10/8/6/2,3,7
