Basically, Tellytrack have a decoder which offers 3 channels -
1 - the uninterrupted live feed from the local SA racecourse.
2 - the normal Tellytrack feed.
3 - the overflow feed - there are sometimes meetings from around the World that cannot fit into the TT schedules. These are shown on that channel.

Tellytrack have put 1000 decoders aside for the top 1000 customers of TAB and Betting World. These customers received an sms and if they take up the offer, their decoders will be installed free of charge. So far, about 250 customers have taken up the offer.

So, Muhti - grab it asap !

This is the info that I could get on the issue. There are no definite plans to part with DSTV etc.

......I don.t mind paying top dollar either it has never been about actual costs.....after all us punters can put a value of a sub in a single bet/race/meeting/day/week.....I was elated when DSTV Now put TT and every other channel on their streaming service yet when reviewing my DSTV account I am miffed by their accounting practices erroneously charging for Showmax(no refund offered) and passing charges through the 2 accounts one for price lock(ended) and a so called home account .....and no one there yet can tell me why I pay an additional access fee or how my grand was gobbled up as it was supposed to be there as a buffer just in case a debit order was not met.....have called them several times got the royal run around and it sucks.....much like disappearing data and airtime balances at Vodacom (another story) one has gotta draw the line when bloated corporations start undermining their customers......we walk away....
