Oh how I have taken Lyle Hewitson for granted.
Hope he comes back and goes straight to being Tarry's number 1 rider.
I foresee plenty hard luck stories for the Tarry yard this season.

They should have had the money in the bank if they made sure the horse knew how to jump properly from the starting gates.Very very stiff there but can't blame anyone but themselves.

RACE 5

NO.2 STORMY WEATHER (career 2x4th place finish)
10L off karino who won by 8+L

4th place behind QUERARI FERRARI 0.90L off over the TFI 1200m
In 2nd place was cosmic ray today's second favorite....Stormy weather was 0.85L off Cosmic ray in the race....a lot of hype around QUERARI FERRARI... If that stormy weather shows up....Strong chance

NO.12 FOXY VIXEN (Debut run, never in contention)

And the jackpot paying R290 after the first leg, never seen something like that before.
How far where the first two ahead of the field?Spies probably just never took any attention when this horse was training.

Change of jockey...NO
Change of venue...NO
Change of distance...NO
Change of equipment...NO
Etc, Etc
Rest 3+ months...YES

The key to finding outsiders found!!!

It's these type of results that give racing a bad name...and I trust that there will be a percentage of the P6 won with anyone's guess who holds that ticket...
