Maybe we can continue on the same thread, if Bob can alter the subject heading a little, no harm in that?
R8) Path Of Choice (5/1), at the turn-around at the weights should reverse the placings with the favourite, Hurricane Harry (22/10).

Some thoughts :-
R1) The money horse, French Fling (14/10), may be a good punt after all. Despite Favorita having the benefit of a run, and finishing close, someone is of the opinion French Fling may be too good for this field. These juvenile races, money is normally a good guide, so I'll take my chances and follow the money.
R2) Freedom Seeker (6/10) looks to be bumping some average sorts, right now there is no money for any of the unraced horses, and unlike race 1, going to row in with the raced favourite. If one of the first timers pop up, so be it.
R3) Siding with Doctor R, Still Tappin (7/2). Finished off well last time out and the extra should pose no issues. The draw is not the greatest, but with a more than capable jockey up, hopefully that compensates.
R4) Congo Compaq (15/10), does look the one they all have to beat. I make Flowerscape the danger, however Congo Compaq does look open to any amount of improvement being less exposed.
R5) Silvano's Pride (2/1), is well in here, and despite the stable companion, Miyabi Gold, also winning it's last start, the stable jockey has opted to ride Silvano's Pride - that's good enough for me.
R6) Hawwaam.
R7) Despite the draw, Silver Operator (33/10), will go close here. He has beaten many of this line-up before, and on a line through some who have not competed against him, have been soundly beaten by those beaten by him - case in point, King Of Gems, finished 3.9 lengths behind Silver Operator on the 26/10, African Warrior was subsequently beaten by King Of Gems 25/11 - you get the gist. The visiting horses may pose the biggest threat to the favourite, Eden Roc at 10/1 is worth a cover bet.
R8) Path Of Choice (11/2), even on the drift.
R9 No selection.

Thanks Bayern must agree I do think Silver Operator will be hard to beat unless we listen to all the hype about African Warrior and disregard that last run. But I'll stick with SO.

They do have a realistic chance of winning, maybe wait for closer to the first one running, it might start at bigger odds as there has been some support for Miyabi Gold - just a thought.
