Thank you Bob but for some reason I can withdraw R1500 out of R2000 and they will decline the last R500. I would just appreciate some sort of feedback from Hollywood

3 years 6 months agoWhy does my withdrawals keep getting declined? (the reasoning says Bonus T&C but the bonus is clearly reversed and even mentioned before the withdrawal can take place) I deposited the money and then decided to withdraw that same amount. Why can't I withdraw the amount I deposited? I have followed up with an email and call and no response to date...

Hollywood is very clear about its bonus, and even added the differentiator between bonus balance and actual account balance in the balance and as an advisory note when submitting withdrawal requests. What more they can do they to help the punter understand this I have no idea. Sometimes there is just no winning.

There appears to be an issue/delay as the telephone queue is greater than 60 each time I've calle the withdrawal department.

I called today morning at 6am as soon as they opened their offices and there was 62 callers in the queue :blink:

Hi everyone, I have responded to your private messages. I have asked the team to investigate the call centre backlogs. With regards to the withdrawals, there has been a backlog caused by the bonus period, as well as favourable results. However we are working on making our processes faster and more efficient. I always use instant money, 9 times out of 10 during the day it comes through within an hour, sometimes 5 minutes, used to use the absa one until I noticed how fast standard bank was

Vouchers are the easiest to deposit - update instantly to bet
Ewallet works very well to withdraw
