Elvis have you had any response about the 4th and 5th places in the parade ring as is in been set in concrete as we speak, not the 4th and 5th though,and will you not be pisssssed if you now have a winner and there is no winners enclosure. why did they not wait till the ring was nearly complete, before destroying the existing one???????

power, you'll have to ask the guys at P & R.A. why there was such a rush to demolish the winners enclosure so soon.

winners come by so seldom for the small time owners & not having a WINNERS BOX to lead your horse into does take the glamour away. ( one's 50 paces of fame leading your horse in is a real HIGH )

For now I'll hope for winners at the VAAL.... at least one can lead their horse into the # 1 box there & 2nd & 3rd &4th & 5th !!!!

there's been no responce from the R.A. on this sight about 4th & 5th boxes... the R.A. hardly ever puts a responce on this site, as far as I can see plus I'm led to believe that R.A. STAFF are not permitted to go onto this site in working hours... I guess they'd have to look at the site from home if they want to see what's being discussed ( well that's the rumour I hear anyway... be it right or wrong )

what lights? ME thinks p and the ra have forgotten how to keep members informed?me thinks they to busy responding to the case set out against them?jokes aside a little bird told me the lights are off for now cost to much in the short term. anyone here anything else?

I heard they were meeting to decide between the lights and an all weather track..dont know if thats correct cause zero news..

Update..in the meeting apparently not all of the people were pro turf lights..they are split as to the worth..thats what I heard dont know how true.
