TURF - Mon 27 Dec, Please be advised that today's Turffontein race meeting has been postponed to Tuesday evening 28 December. A total of 8mm of rain has been recorded so far this morning, however the main concern is the weather forecasts are giving significant rain all day today with localised flood warnings. If this is accurate it would make it extremely unlikely that the race meeting could take place today. We believe our best chance8 of racing is to delay it to Tuesday evening instead as the forecast for Tuesday is sunny and hot - new race times to follow.

If you have taken early bets they should stand.

The worst part is that it was such a nice card and I planned to play this meeting.
