To be fair, I watched a bit of Gallop last night and the music was as irritating

I thought it was much better - always room for improvement though - imo it is just too busy - for me, the recorded slots taken up in between races by Clyde, and the two Ds imo are not needed - show that in the mornings together with trainer interviews at a specific time like they used to do with USO - one can always have the live races from Aus / Singapore / HK in between

Apart from 80’s disco music everything was 100% better today. Clyde, Lyall and Alistair bounced off each other well.

Imho the presentation lacked class and more importantly the fairer sex.
Given it was Princess Royalty there ought to have been a female presenter on course.
Whoever dressed Cooper totally lost the plot.
Sadly he is one of the toppies together with Clyde, it desperately needs an injection of young enthusiastic people even if they were hired from Expresso on SabcTV.
Presenters who can exude excitement and not subdued conformity.
