3 years 5 months agoThe problem is that if the drifting hot fav would have won , it would have been disqualified?
Now what is the rule ?
Does horse get disqualified and punters get money back 🤔
No money back. Horse placed last

3 years 5 months agoHave not had time to watch the experts yet - I do agree Johnny Hero is good value - but very open races from the 5th onwards
Enjoy![]()
If you guys ever want to have a live racing discussion
I can look into setting up a streamyard account and you can have a panel discussion between yourselves
It's about time the punter were centre attractions
Imagine that... surely a world first.

Sh*t happens - but if it could not win with weights lost, it probably would not even have finished 2nd

It's saddle slipped that is why the weight fell off.
Probably evened it out as the jockey didn't have full control but had 4.8kg's less.

Just had another look at the 4th - Tierra del Fuego could be the fly in the ointment here - loves softish going and does have Johnny Hero held

Yes it was between those two for me...Thought Del Fuego was immune to handicapper scrutiny over the last 3. 106, 106, 106, 106, 106, 106 etc. But at the weights it had Johnny and was on the up too. Good call Frodo. Besides Johnny has had a 3 point penalty since their last meeting. (unfairly I feel). No complaints this side. After all the years I I am still, often baffled by WFA.

With all due respect - and of course I'm talking from my pocket - Zillzaal should not be allowed to race again - won a 1400 down the Vaal straight a year ago, then finished 15 lengths behind Summer Pudding over 2000, this year finished 2nd behind MK's Pride over 1400 and followed that up beaten 14 lengths by Reunion over 1800 (granted on the Inside track) - then today less than a month later suddenly finds his best form to win
This imo is what is driving punters away - one could just as well try your luck on the Roulette wheel
