Would have to say that Dev and his team have been working very hard the last few days and probably weeks or months to put this massive show together.

Their efforts to make sure all the details have been covered and the logistics must have been immense.

I witnessed him being totally hands on to make sure all the punters questions were being answered last night.

A personal thanks from myside for finding the time to answer concerns on the forum, customer satisfaction and concerns are top of his agenda.

Dave - Dev is an example of the customer-centric mindset our tote operator should embrace, but are unlikely to ever realize, unfortunately.

Wsb is not refunding bets on Zapatillas until the race is run and dividends declared, according to a representative. Even though it's all fixed odds bets struck after final field.

Hi WSB are not taking deductions on the scratching, so they are having to manually settle all bets..

HollywoodbetsdurbanJuly was streamed on the goldcircle YouTube channel.

GallopTv streams every KZN meeting,but does not have a Quality control setting (eg.240/360/480/720p.Etc) which YouTube has

A normal day off streaming a KZN meeting on GallopTv would use upwards of 5gigs maybe more of data.

Going forward Can Future KZN race meetings be streamed on the hollywoodbets or goldcircle YouTube pages Or could the hollywoodbets web designers put a Quality control setting on GallopTv.

Many overseas race meetings are streamed on their YouTube channels Eg. New York racing association YouTube page.
