SA Champion Punter Series
2 years 2 months ago
HERE’S HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:
You pit your betting skills against other punters at each of 3 race meetings:
Meeting 1: Turffontein Sat 1 April | Meeting 2: Turffontein Sat 15 April | Meeting 3: Turffontein Sat 29 April
R2,500 entry fee each leg = R500 to prize pool, R2,000 to bet with (you can withdraw the balance after each
race meeting)
3 prizes each meeting: biggest winner R25,000; second R15,000; third R10,000*
Top 10 punters each meeting score points from 15 for 1st to 3 for 10th. Punter with most points across all 3
meetings is SA’s Champion Punter and wins the R50,000 grand prize!
NOTE: Prizes above guaranteed by TAB. If more than 100 punters enter one or more of the three meetings, prizes
will be increased accordingly. You must bet on all 3 meetings to win the grand prize. See full T&Cs on website.
3 CHANCES TO PROVE YOU’RE AN ACE PUNTER!
YOU CAN WIN
R125,000 FOR R1,500
. . . AND ETERNAL BRAGGING RIGHTS

So, 4Q wants the punter to donate R7,500.00 to the sinking ship to get bragging rights!!!! and potentially win up to R125,000.00.
HOLLYWOODBETS offers ALL punters the opportunity to win MILLIONS at ZERO cost.
HollywoodBets just made the Jumbo Parking Allocator look for parking.
A punter would be close to being declared brain dead if they are prepared to donate R7,500.00 to the most unstable and unpredictable betting platform with regard to definitive payouts in relation to what’s on offer at the competition.

Just a question
So the competition is based on number of winners selected, irrelevant of price or profitability on the day?
Good Punting 👍

I think you donate R500 per meeting not the full R2500.
So in total you donating R1500 to the pool for all three meetings and you play with the other R6000.....R2000 per meeting is yours to bet and whatever you make or lose you can withdraw.

Thanks Durbs
"Top 10 punters each meeting score points from 15 for 1st to 3 for 10th."
So is this win only bets ?
Or is it number of winners or related to profit shown ?

OK I am rather slow but trying to get there.....
I have 2 grand to punt on the Saturday and I can play exotics, wins, places etc
I end up with 10 grand so I make 8 grand profit
If no body else makes more than 8 grand profit, I win the first prize 😀

I also understand that I can withdraw my profit plus the prize?
Hope I have this right ......
Plus is the prize a tote credit or paid in cash to bank account 🤔

Re: SA Champion Punter Series

Unfortunately, I lose interest once the stipulation is that I HAVE TO bet on 6 races.
Having to turn over the 2k I get, but anyone who is betting on 6 races on a race card can't be a CHAMPION PUNTER, they can only finish up out in the long run.
Unlike what the Operator would like, churn does not a good punter make.
