Will Paul Peter's runner in the GOLD RUSH be allowed to race? Is this why the NHRA brought the case forward? Will Bortz's chairman speech be adhered to?

it would have to be a warning off which i cant see unless they have absolute proof that Paul was drenching the horse since they failed to secure specimens and the other horses came back negative - I would think that they might be trying to warn off or fine heavily the assistant Paul if they have video evidence of any of the charges they have tabled as he has a prior conviction for assaulting this investigator

The NHRA are doing their dambness to stich the whole Peter clan up and prevent any of them being diwn in the Cape to care for their runner. Firther to this they are going for broke in also trying to charge Tony with collusion in that they were in concert on the day communicating by mobile phones.
This may fly in an internal inquiry but the legality will surely be challenged in a court of actual law.

From a mail received
Hello,
I have been following the ongoing case between Moodley, Hyde, and Sullivan against the Peter Family with great interest. However, I can't help but wonder how low these individuals are willing to go in their pursuit.
It has come to my attention that they have reported the Peter Family to both the Department of Labour and the Receiver of Revenue. Although Advocate Riley seems to be taking advantage of this situation and making fools out of these individuals.
What surprises me even more is the fact that when a trainer recently left South Africa, not a single groom received what they were entitled to from UIF and PAYE. The grooms even approached NHA and 4 Racing, but were told that it had nothing to do with them, as the responsibility lies with the trainers who employ them. In fact, the trainers' leases clearly state that UIF and PAYE must be in order, or the lease will be cancelled.
Given these circumstances, I am puzzled as to why Moodley, Hyde, and Sullivan are going after the Peter Family once again. It seems like a misplaced effort and a waste of time.
I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this matter and provide some clarity on the actions being taken by Moodley, Hyde, and Sullivan against the Peter Family.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
