Remember making it back home just as they jumped. Uys sitting behind a wall of horses, favourite backors thinking that's us done, can't win from there, then Uys literally barges through and gets up by the narrowest of margins.

Then the trouble started at the weigh-in, the rest is history. Think Uys "retired" not long after that incident.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Heck Ash…a bit harsh to say they bring nothing to the game. They have a yard full of owners , big and small, some who wouldn’t have horses with any other trainer.
They are extremely transparent with runners.
Didn’t you have a lot to say about NHA when your jock was hit with so many fines and suspensions ? You said he was being victimised. How do you think the Peter’s feel then…
