Was 100% an issue caused by Microsoft and it's still an ongoing issue that 4Racing has had to reroute and fix until Microsoft can repair their systems on Monday..

.....funny that I have had the odd issue with Microsoft too....I just do a reboot and bingo all is OK until the next time.... then again I dont run a multimillion ZAR platform off this software.... and if I did....i'd expect 24hour back up and not have to wait for the weekend to be over until I get someone to help out.....so plenty time in the week for the next local meet....the old site will do just fine while I still have some tom there....but going forward it is going to take a lot more convincing for most to want to rely on a janky system.....

To all members of the racing community, sponsors, partners, media and all other stakeholders,

TAB OUTAGE
TAB.co.za experienced a system outage on the 15th of March at 12:15 pm. This affected both tab.co.za and bookmakers who offer our tote pools on their sites.

The underlying cause of the outage has now been confirmed as a technical issue at our data center run by Microsoft. The issue did not affect our legacy betting site play.tabonline.co.za, which was re-activated.

After extensive collaboration with Microsoft the team recreated a new environment to reestablish tab.co.za and the bookmakers’ sites that offer our tote pools.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

......something not quite adding up....if the site went down before Race 1 yesterday....then how were the pools grown if no one could access the system to add to those pools as the "old" site was not working until after the P6 pool had already closed.....huh...unless international players have a different system that was still functioning....

4Q is synonymous with brain dead or retards

iso improving on what works, these halfwits continue to destroy whts left of the industry.

Fundi was a victim of her ignorance..,

Why is Gordon and Savage still in office... Fundi is the fall gal for their illconceived ideas and strategies....rememebr the big five that was headed by Savage....who at the time said that the tote was the most valuable asset in Phum...and he was going to digitalise and revolutionise the product....cluless then and evidently and indisputably now also
