Many horses sold at below cost and quite a few below stallion fee. There were some horses which sold well and lifted the average (which of course is a fictional number) and after 200 odd lots the average was 89k, or 75k if you include not solds. I'm sure there will be more enlightening stats in the morning. At that point about 20% had sold for 35K or less which is not bad for a select sale (ie where bad conformation was booted off)
