Bob it will be interesting to know what happened some eight years ago with this chappie mentioned here. Am sure it will be out there some where that you can fill us in...or perhaps Ziets can clarify what is the truth of the matter.
From my understanding if you have been warned off...then you are not allowed in again...PERIOD!

Zietsman I have tried to be civil to you, but you clearly are incapable of being civil. In short you are a typical arsehole that says things without substantiation and when given the opportunity cannot substantiate the fairy tales and then chooses to be abusive. There are many like you with the same modus operandi.
The truth of the matter is both brothers Roux have been found guilty of doping as has your stable. It is rich that you scream inside information but when given the opportunity provide nothing. Typical dutchman.

NHA – Fritz Roux warned off
TRAINER Fritz Roux has been warned off by the National Horseracing Authority.
DECEMBER 11, 2009
Roux was found guilty of contravening Rule 73.2.4 in that he is the person responsible for the horses Band Of Brothers and Hippodrome who tested positive for the banned substance, anabolic steroid 16?Hydroxystanozolol after running at Arlington on 25 September and 9 October 2009 respectively.
In imposing the sentence the inquiry board took into account Roux’s previous contraventions of the same rule in the last four years.
Roux may appeal against the penalty and the warning off has been suspended pending the outcome of the appeal.
Roux had been handed an interim suspension on 6 November, so may not race any horse he trains.
To overcome this impediment, the owners of several horses nominated to race at Fairview on Friday, have registered a change of stables to trainer Kobus Roux.
Jockey Robbie Hill has been suspended for a month after being found guilty of not riding First Waltz out to the finish and costing his mount fourth place at the Vaal on 24 November. He pleaded guilty but may appeal against the severity of the sentence.
Workrider Abraham Makhubo has been suspended for two months for costing El Kapitaine second place by not riding his mount out to the finish at the Vaal on 3 December. He pleaded guilty but may appeal against the severity of the penalty.

Zietsman the only reason that abc has a bad name in your opinion, is because some people challenge the establishment. I make no excuses for asking questions about why people that have abused horses are allowed back.
I also will not waste my time debating with a fool who does not understand a civilised language and cannot or will not answer a question he claims to have alternate answers to. You are an idiot.

OTA
(I have not read the whole thread to refresh my memory)
I think that what Ziets is referring to is that Kobus (JS Roux ) was warned off after a third positive in 3 years. The positive occurred 2 months before the 3 year period expired. The other two positives were on top of each other, some 34 months previously if my memory serves me correct. In spite of the fact that he could prove that he was not in PE at his satellite yard, from the time that the horse could have received the meds until race day , he was still found guilty, as the responsible person for the horse, under the strict liability rule.
It's been a tough time for Kobus over the last few years, being rejected continually with his re applications for Assistant, with many a goalpost moving along the way. He was told that he could re apply after 3 years , but the process really dragged out.
As for Fritz Roux, he is Kobus brother. He was warned off for life. The circumstances are vastly different.

You really are as thick as a plank. I have edited nothing. You are an assistant trainer that works in a stable that has been found guilty of administering a prohibited substance.
What a fool. You are so paranoid that you make up crap to justify your fantasies. Go ahead sue me. Idiot that you are, the post that you allege that I have altered does not even have an adjustment on it.
Are you on the brandies already?

Hi Louis
Thanks for this, I am well aware that Fritz and Kobus are two different individuals.
My question remains as to how someone warned off can be readmitted - there is nothing in the NHA archives that I can find.
