Hi Clan...
On alighter note now that i have some runners that qualified...
The 6th race sees the non black type feature ALOE Handicap for 3 yold fillies...
Straight to the point: Trainer replied to me Kennedy took Detzky's Darling as stable elect, she is weighted to win, likes the course and in good nick and expects a very good run and will go close. Pepperpot is good filly but carries 60kg and although i respect the other stable companions my real worry is Tanzania who is unexposed but in all reality Detzky's Darling should go very close.
Excuses for last run is we got hampered 250m out and had to switch and the going was better on the outside although we would never have beaten the winner we could have been closer. Sahrah Em did finish in front of us but she carries more and finished on the outside going last.
My selection for the race: 1] 6 - Detzky's Darling
2] 1 - Pepperpot
3] 2 - Dance Lecture
4] 7 - Tanzania / 3 - Sarah Em
As for DJ DETZKY my trainer confirmed he took his run well and will run at this stage. He will now carry 60kg and trainer states it will not be problem. Lots of you might be concerned by the trip but don't be as he won well over 1200m although at Fairview. My only concern is Arlington as he only got into stride late in his last win but will be more experienced and fresh coming into the straight.
On pedigree the 1300m should be no problem as he will be put away for the feature races coming up after this run. I see First Growth as a danger at the weights although he finished behind my filly and in front of All Ablaze but the trip should suit both. Competative.
My selection for the race: 1] 3 - DJ Detzky
2] 6 - First Growth
3] 8 - Lector
4] 2 - All Ablaze
I hope for another Detzky's Double...
Other fancies for trebles & yankees
Race 2] - 11 - Eastern Parade
Race 8] - 3 - Hlaivana [mates horse]
Good Luck Clan

Dam Buster as moderate as hell. This would have been his last week of racing if he hadn't run a drum on Monday. He has a shout if he puts his mind to it but there is really nothing I can say. Honest ly.

Close your doubles with the DJ...All Ablaze out...should have to beat First Growth but my trainer very confident...
I'm very confident in my filly - hope i can emulate the last time - 23 October 2009 - and do the DETZKY'S DOUBLE AGAIN! And treble with Eastern Paradise...lol

Go RAD Go......I normally reserve that slogan only for Pocket Power, but I wish you all the best with seeking another double tomorrow!!!
I think they both have winning chances.

FormStar's best bet of the day is COMEDY CARAVAN in the 7th. Likely to be a decent price given the foregoing comments on the race.

Ok, so apart from RAD's two I like the first two favourites on the card to arrive.
Copper Parade and Eastern Parade to make us "parade" to the winning queue!!!
Happy punting!
