Chicken and Chips

Thank you for putting the dangers of the chemicals so crudely. I am a smoker as well, albeit not heavy.

I went the corner tearoom a short while ago , bought the usual bread and milk and NO cigarettes. Let me see if I can survive the night. I will keep you informed.

You have to keep focused. If you want a cig just drink a glass of water or grab a carrot and chew on it. Dont eat chocolates or sweets. You can do it just be strong and everytime the craving hits you swear at the empty packet. You will succeed East

Business doesn't allow for such crude cutbacks. I could also just throw out my laptop, but that also would only temporarily solve my problems, as the missus has a lappy and the business has one too.....for lack of a better word....I'm f$%@ed!!!

It is now 2.18pm in SA and I have not had a smoke as yet (that is since last night) .
I am battling. I am going mad. I am eating more than I should. I hope it is only temporary.
