Yes there is. I am just scared that ONE might lead me onto another etc.
Do you realize that a packet a day costs you approx R9000.00 per annum. WOW R9000.00 more punting money.

It will last like this for another 7 or 8 days. Well done so far. No try this. If you crave for one say to yourself I will light up one in 20 minutes. Just before the 20 minutes is up go and drink two glasses of water and then promise yourself to hold out for 30 minutes before you light up. Keep going until you get home. When you get home do something with your hands, Vacuum or help the wife to iron or make supper. Chew on a carrot. As each hour goes by reward yourself with a mint sweet. Just one. Once you have survived your first 24 hours reward yourself with a two mints. Keep this up and soon it will be Thursday then Friday then the weekend will be over and then you are on the home straight. One other thing. Get yourself a jar and everytime its time to buy a pack of cigs just put the money that you would have spent on that packet into the jar. Tell me how much is in the jar at the end of March. Keep going you will concur. Your mind is a strong thing. Your will power will overcome the weakness that tells you to smoke. Go East GO

A smoker's final wish was fulfilled today when his hearse was paraded through the streets bearing the sign Smoking Killed Me.
Dick Whittamore's last request was that the stark message be displayed alongside his coffin and by his gravestone as a warning to others.
The signs, printed in the same typeface as the health warnings on a cigarette packet, read Smoking Killed Me, Albert (Dick) Whittamore.
