Pirates : -
You sound like an ex wife!

Bookies - I owe? Lol
Sheriff of the court - lol - the youngster that wants R1m for EPO?
Told him to back a few stayers from the EPO stable - he can win more than a R1m!

Think I own more than all the 104 bookmakers in Gauteng.
As the Gambling board to forward you the Balance sheet of BetterODDS which has a SARS stamp on!

Btw - I don't live in Africa anymore.
Travel the EU - now in Copenhagen - still have my contact in RSA via standard bank Randburg attorneys who has a cession on my signature to sign on my behalf.

My ex wife and her Curator is still busy dividing my estate.
Been at it for 5 years.
Looking for emerald and diamond mines I own in Africa - lol
She currently collects R325,000 pm from rent and interest from our Family trust.
Hence all claims from your bookies should be handed to the CURATOR for payment!
Lol
You sound like the guy from freeracer website - I owe bookies?
Might own them, but owe - lol

A common sense questions :

William Hill makes £37.40 profit per shop (2300 shops) per day.

Do you think the RSA bookmakers make more than £37.40 per day?
Do the RSA bookmakers have more customers than William Hill?
Perhaps you think that the RSA punters are mugs?

I spend 30 years in RSA racing, on the inside.
Bookmaking is no longer a viable business.
They all die poor people.
Hard words but true.

Cannot make a profit unless : -
Steal the tax
Enter bets after the events
Pay jockeys
Wash money

Most bookmakers are either ex bookmakers clerks or accountants.
They don't know anything else, hence they must stay in bookmaking.
A coffee shop, Wimpy, SPUR etc makes more money than a bookie.
As the Gambling board to publish the annual income per bookmaker as per daily sheets submitted and decide for yourself.

Bill Furgeson was perhaps the richest and even he said it was a waste of time.

Show me a bookie than can do a transfer of £1m (R12m) - lol

Story is 100% true. Any firm that doesn't want to bet to an individual should have the decency to communicate. They came to SA with big bravado and promises, now it seems like the pound doesn't go as far as it used to. If they scared to lay bets they should open a shoe shop.

Pirates -
You are on someone's payroll? Sure sounds like that!
It is stupid to stick your nose into business that is not yours?
Perhaps I will accept the fact that you are naïve?

mdk and me - lol
Did I perhaps pressed on the right button?
You want to drag the jockey club to court?
You want the old money to have a fit?
THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK ?

COURT - lol
Your attorney knows were to deliver his summons - lol
He is going to court - which court will hear him?
He might get a date - about 2 years or 3 years from today?
AND THE JUDGE WILL HAVE A GOOD LAUGH!

During the next 2 to 3 years the attorney will run up your bill - perhaps past R1m.
The reality is - you will have to pay him during the next 2 to 3 years.
He has to pay the advocate each time he gets an opinion?
He has to pay the correspondent attorney each time he serves a notice.
My guess, you guys don't have the money to pay the cost over the next 2 to 3 years.
Sure your attorney will tell you that you can sue me for cost too!

Reality check - they normally don't award the costs with the hearing.
The judge tells you to make a new case for the costs, which will be heard in 2 to 3 years from then.

Until then - you have paid the bills of more than R1m?

If you have followed the novel, you would have realised that I personally don't have 1 cent to my name.
At age 45 - I stuck everything into a family trust - made my son the beneficiary - the ex wife the trustee.

How do you and attorney friend assume you are going to get money from me?
You have to stand in the Q, behind the ex wife and her Curator - they been busy dividing my assets for the last 5 years.

You want me to come back to RSA to listen to you lot crying because you don't get your way?

Pirates - grow up - stop being naïve - live your own life!
