@Frodo:

I agree and respect what you say.

However, let's be realistic; why has the RA 'SUDDENLY' decided to respond?

When were the questions posed?

Who else requested answers?

Why no response to others (don't tell me nobody else did!)?

Does this action not boil down to 'carrot & stick' policy?

This is a stop-gap approach to neutralise the vocals and/or shut them down!
Things are hot...very, very hot, I must emphasize... questions are being asked in the correct channels this time! Nothing short of full disclosure, at the least!

It's happened before, and will happen again.... we, the majority of punters, owners..... will remain divided suckers!

I just had a phone call from Mr. Larry Wainstein personally inviting me to sit in at the meeting between the RA and Phumelela on Tuesday which i will attend and i thank them for actually granting this and believe this an opportunity to raise serious questions regarding racing.

Let's be positive and hope racing is the victor...

@RAD:

May I pose the first question?

Where is the MOU?

What's in it?

Looking forward to the answer!

Tnx

RAD,

i am being foolish. I live in the UK but i am sure that my friend Toreador would love to go in my place. We all know larry from caesors palace days anyway lol

BUT

there 1 thing you could ask them on my behalf and Barry Irwins.

WHY CANT phumelela pay for my tellytrack overseas. WHY do they need to charge me for it. WHY cant they see that foreign owners invest in sa OFTEN without ever even getting to see their horses run. Its BOLLOCKS. They should subsidise the dish installation and give is FREE tellytrack for as long as we own horses in SA. Wether it be 1 horse or 20 horses.

Not going to happen (brett and jess attending) - I'd say rather use this as a starting point and smooth the way for a 'multi-party' conference at a future date
