Umlilo...I hear u but respectfully differs with your rather emotional tirade.Life's not gonna give out favours and bridges are built not to be burned but to use whenever needed. Smiley wasn't a bad caller but if it comes to beating his own drum - he's in a league of his own.He should simply learn that modesty may do him a lot more good than forever blowing his own horn rather loudly and persistantly.

Amen ! Love the man's commentary... met him..arrogant and very full of himself. Nonetheless, I would be more than happy to hear him commentate

I thought Clydes commentary this year was top drawer,and it was after the line when he was talking on memory he mentioned tellina in 5th

He is so full of himself and I never missed his commentaries one bit. He is a shit stirrer and I would also not employ him, thats apart from his massive head, buggerall to do with race!

I never understand what you say but I get the basic point. What does Clyde's many jobs have to do with his commentary.
