i blame superman for making trainer look bad by winning by so far,if you had honest karl up horse would hv won by a length or two at most thats y trainers like to use honest karl because he is a true pro.I HV TO AGREE WITH MAGIC THO THAT MR WOODRUFF ONLY GAVE HIS OPINION AND HE PROBABLY DIDNT KNOW HOW BAD THE REST OF THE FIELD WAS.there are far too many shrewdies who heard superman say his next best ride was this horse and they obviously climbed in boots and all thats y horse shortened.

winzip now we make progress. i say all along maybe geff dont now how good the horse is. i dont say anything else even if some vlakas he tell me shit about what i say. why i ask does anton say this is good ride and geff say no. it is because the one understand the horse is a proposition in that field the other dont.

lips , reading your post on durbanville , you say that the horse will win barring it's first time at the course . your use of words amazes me all the time . it always seem that you state both sides of the argument and in that way absolves you from any result . maybe then you should school the trainers .

The fact remains that it is true. If you want to hear and unqualified "Horse X Can't Lose", ask someone else. I'm not that stupid.
There is always a reason why a horse can lose. Even a 1/20 shot has about a 5% chance of losing. The question is, are you willing to take the chance that the odds make the horse a betting proposirtion?

so when a trainer is not accurate in their comment they must endure abuse from you?make your own mind up at the end of the day dont look for a scapegoat when you lose...this game is for men not mice ,,,to all those trainers jocks who do tell us about their runners a big thank you and believe me the majority of punters appreciate it and know we dealing with animals and its not an exact science....

again . according to me , you are saying everything and nothing . why tip if you can make a positive and a negative in the same breath . punters are not an inferior bunch of commoners waiting for tipsters to say what we already know . a lot of factors go into thinking that a horse can win it all depends on whether you as a tipster feels that there are more positives than negatives . note " the whisperer " , now that's a tipster , says it as it is , puts it on the line , not scared to get egg on his face - similar to neil .

Im trying to work out if you are a glutton for punishment or just a slow learner.....if you know everything about the bullshit in this game and are in fact by your own admission an authority on the subject how come after 40 years you are still here and have not moved onto greener fields where the bulls dont shit as much.....

@pirates . .. i am not going to say things that are socially correct to score brownie points . you seem to be another self-proclaimed guru in racing circles . read bass's comments on his horses on his website . the point is not the establishing of a forum but the misplaced comment of woodruff's . the difference between these two trainers comments is plain to see . one is to the point , guiding his followers and the other whining about things that should not concern a trainer .

I think I made it clear that with Act Of Faith the positives outweight the negatives and I make him the best bet of the day. However, to pretend the negatives don't exist is begging for trouble. Nor have I ever been scared to get egg on my face. However, I am aware that there are always two sides to every coin, while some people want to be spoonfed iron-clad winners on a plate and then start crying like spoiled children when the effing horse doesn't win.

So Ravin the fact that horses that are continously priced up at ridiculous prices should not concern a trainer???
