Yup,the thread would not exist, but only because, although cases of manipulation would continue, the public wouldn't have a clue it was happening ...........much better!

Seeing as there is absolutely no substance to the accusations made Im sure that they will choose to treat it with the contempt that it deserves...

And surely you still support a full investigation ? If the manager bets with the bookmaker who claimed the horse, surely alarm bells should ring ?

)Some info -
1) The National Racing Bureau is only open 5 days a week and not on public holidays either. ( and they operate in a 7 day industry....:S )
2) Any "after hours " scratchings, card changes etc can be done on Raf of NRB's cell phone.
3) Many Trainers, myself included, prefer the accuracy of the website and thus we do all of our noms, acceptances etc on line. Other Trainers prefer doing all telephonically. But, at this point, we cannot do card changes on line, after Final Acceptances. (We can create the whole racecard on line, but cannot update card changes on line.....:S )
4) There has been very little progress from NRB in terms of this website, over the past 8 years or so. This matter has been addressed by myself and the Committee at the RA's Industry Liaison Committee Meetings. We await upgrades shortly, as promised.
5) So, now, someone like myself or Sean Miller, for instance, might not bother with calling Raf on his cellphone on a Sunday, when used to doing things on line. One would call in on the Monday morning, when the office is open. A.N.Other Trainer, again, who does everything telephonically, will probably do it telephonically, as a matter of habit....
Either way, the scratchings were done timeously and in terms of the rules.

Not a liar just a bit misinformed, but I dont imagine that the people/person that the accusation is aimed at would have any hesitation in calling it complete hogwash and treating it accordingly..

The way I see Harris could have raised his point or what was going to go down is by emailing someone on the site or personal messaging them of the said information. In that way a timeline would have been established and if anything untoward was going to happen he has proof in the email and what time he knew of it. Now he is been gutted all sides for which we dont know if he was correct or incorrect in the 1st place.

I never said you were incorrect. What I said that you are being targeted to make it look like you were in the wrong.
