Dave I don't think so, as long as your fancy strides out nicely and looks good, regardless of time that is good enough for me. The one worry must be Vettel sweating up at 7:30 in the morning with a few hundred people on track, what will he do with 50,000 plus people and at 4:00 in the afternoon.

Best of the gallops has to be the 2yr old filly from the Marshall yard.Is this a new star?

Was also impressed with the gallop of All Is Secret, drawn extremely wide on July Day (14/16), however the booking of Marcus speaks volumes. In her favour is the fact that the speed will be on from the get go and hopefully with her early speed, she can get across and slot in just behind the speedsters.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Who was it that said ''You drive for show and put for dough'' ... pretty much the same with the gallops and race day imo...

All is Secret is the only horse that Marcus Jooste has a share in the race. Anton Marcus is retained to Jooste and had to take the ride. :S

Hell I was impressed with Dylan's Promise last win, for me when a horse comes back like that to win its a sign of class. Also think Valdivia is better than her last run, she is the one to beat imo...nicely draw as well.(tu)
