No fines as this is just about whether or not the transaction "substantially reduces competition" however the creditably of the Kenilworth Racing legal case has been dealt a severe blow given the revelations discovered in cross examining Vidrik.

Finally the truth is emerging and it will be very interesting to see what the WC members make of these discoveries and what action they take, no action from them would in the result condone their Chairman's decisions / deal making.... interesting and important times.

Following protracted tireless negotiations by Vidrik Thurling and Robert Bloomberg we are pleased to advise that WC Racing will be adding back 2 weekend race meetings during the 1st half of 2013. Additionally all minor race stakes will be increased by approximately 8% with effect from the 1st of November 2012.

We looking forward to a great Summer Season in the Western Cape.
