Loyalty Programme

Just a thought, y don't P and Gold Circle investigate giving loyalty points to patrons? All other traders, banks etc offer these loyalty rewards to keep and entice new patrons so y not them too. Even bookies offer some sort of rewards in terms of free bets, vouchers and so on. Shouldn't da powers that be take note to grow their turnover. Just a thought.

Been brought up plenty times, they too tight arsed or simply do not have the vision to do something like this, even though as you say it can benefit the turnover in the long run... They too busy trying to sell a prawn curry evening to the already converted...(

I remember Gold Circle did reward winners of amounts of R10,000- and more with a complimentary voucher for a table of four with full meals at any KZN Racecourse together with a bottle of wine.(tu)
Been a long time since but I wonder if this is still ongoing???

That's what baffles me sometimes. Even casinos offer rewards to their patrons. The increase in turnover must surely have exceeded the rewards paid out else this practice would have long ago been shelved. When retail stores jumped on, surely this practice has to be beneficial. Maybe Harness Racing is doing it for them and no need to explore new avenues. Like to hear Vee's take.

Dashing the interbet tote betting facility works exceptionally well. Only once experienced a problem due to internet failure. I only use their site.

I really liked the Toll-free betting operation that was Tab North-West. All good things came to an end.

GB that's exactly my point. Patrons are moving towards getting more for their money. Its time for these guys to start looking after their patrons instead of taking away more and more.
