Met Day Fancies (not official thread for Saturday okay)

For those who have had a look at a race, or two, or more. Good to compare notes.

You okes will laugh at me, but my money is on Martial Eagle...

I fancy Code Of Honour (10/1) in the 2nd, based on it's run to Villa Del Largo (carries 60.0kgs - 7/2 for Saturday) where COH ran 3rd, 3.6 lengths at level weights. Saturday there is a 6.0 kg swing in COH's favour. The favourite, Casual Var (carries 60.0kgs - 5/2 for Saturday) ran Cape Royal close receiving 4.5kgs and COH ran 4.75 lengths off Cape Royal receiving 2.5kgs. That's a fair effort in my book. The favourite has not raced beyond 1000m, so i'm hoping COH will be running on strongly at the business end.

2kgs better off..good value IF repeating that run,and thats a big IF..but can make quartets pay and for 6 places why not..give it a go

Not sure about the draw though, was told it has a bad draw.

I like this one..........and I am big on Master Plan to place at the least.

Looking at Master plan for the big one and then fancy a few bombs, Dynamic in the derby- crazy but hopeful. Bambina Stripes in the Majorca will need to find her best but in with a shout if she does. Looking for all three to place at least, will make the exotics pay nicely if one or two of them come home.

Sorry to be a pain but with the pub I battle to keep up with all the posts but read Bloomberg had highlighted a horse in the first race?

Jackson is one of those overrated horses. All the talk and anticipation and no track record to prove it.
Not the classiest of fields, so he might pull it off but I say Jackson to get beat. In my opinion he has not proved the waffle.
