Seems like the Phum totes have lesser chance of fraud than those in Gold Circle system and therefore a higher incidence of fraud committed in Gold Circle totes.

That seems to sum up the situation as there have been no posts of forumites in Gauteng experiencing this problem.:S

Is there anybody in position in Gold Circle who is aware of the problems facing punters and what measures are taken to curb these illegal activities or they don't give a conti?

It's no wonder that the smart punters bet with Hollywood etc. with exotics and open bets.

My suggestion for what it's worth............................. Employ a Customer Care and Marketing team and get them into the totes to meet with punters and listen to concerns and suggestions by the year 2050 perhaps.
